In the "Account Preferences" area - which you can access from the drop-down menu linked to your account name, at the top right corner, selecting "Preferences" and then "Account Preferences" - you can update the information with the authorized representative name, company name, VAT number, address and website. These data can then be entered at the bottom of your communications thanks to the variables KM_INFO_DESCRIPTION, KM_INFO_ADDRESS and KM_INFO_WEBSITE.
Still in "Account Preferences", but in the second part of the page, you can check the correct settings of the SPF and DKIM records. If you see a green tick next to their respective records, it means that everything is fine. Otherwise the parameter is flanked by a red X, it means it's not set in the right way. Do not worry: directly on the platform you will find all the instructions to set those records and thus maximize your campaigns performance.
